We have organized a membership system for MJHEP. Being a member of this system will allow acceptance of Malaysian students who are willing to study in Japan through the MJHEP program. Not only limited to this, by being a part of this system, there are various procedures you can ask us to complete on behalf of the members. These procedures include, but are not limited to dealing with application documents from the students, Visa applications of students, screening/entrance fee, and brokerage between members and YPM in terms of business procedures. By joining the membership system, it allows for smoother acceptance of students willing to study abroad to Japan.

MJHEP membership system is not the same as JUCTe official membership universities, and therefore will not have the right to make decisions regarding the operation of JUCTe. Only services related to MJHEP can be utilized. Services applicable to MJHEP memberships are the following, but are not limited to:
- Mediation between members and YPM for procedures related to University Fairs and transfer entrance examinations in Malaysia
- Forwarding guidelines for application, invoices, entrance procedures and Visa documents
- Mediation between members and YPM regarding tuition payment
